As an award-winning interior designer with also 18 years of experience as a contractor and developer along with previous experience as a real estate sales associate, I have developed a unique and powerful perspective to find successful real estate investments. 

My extensive knowledge in construction, design, real estate and development allows me to see real estate properties from many different angles in order to determine whether or not it is a good investment for my clients. My diverse background also empowers me with the ability to better match clients with their desired properties and even help them envision the potential of a property either through remodeling or construction. 

I am fascinated by the real estate market, mainly due to its inherently unique challenges which have the ability to impact an economy. In fact, this influence is what drives my passion. 

Beyond my knowledge as a developer, contractor, and designer, my knowledge of law empowers me with an ability to successfully navigate communication between parties and to arrive at win-win negotiations. As an immigrant and with roots in Latin America and Europe, I carry with me the ability to speak different languages, especially Spanish, English and Italian and also work with their cultural differences. 

I also consider my emphasis and ability to build and maintain contacts all throughout the world as a key strength. And also I believe that network marketing is the lifeblood of any business, including real estate. 

Beyond this, I am also an active member of the The Realtor Association of Sarasota, Manatee, Orlando, Miami, Naples, West Palm and Fort Lauderdale.
